Thurston High School offers classes which prepare students for Advanced Placement^TM (AP) courses by providing preparatory honors classes in the four core academic areas: English, Science, Math and Social Studies.

Our goal is to ready students for the twelve AP classes which Thurston offers.

Moreover, Thurston teachers have been extensively trained to keep them current with the demands of the Advanced Placement^TM criteria.
